Withers is a former Omuan priest who serves the lich Acerak. Withers performs a ritual that transforms the remains of dead dwarves that have been traffiked by Eemmaat
into these undead Tomb Dwarves (wights with axes), who then maintain and expand the tomb and reset the traps within the tomb.
