-Tvinza Gerast is the Zhentarim Regional director of chultan operations, but has been relegated to trying to keep the division afloat by any means necessary including getting his hands dirty in the failing mining operations in southern Chult.
-He is in over his head and desperate for any way to turn things around. He has taken up correspondence with Urstal Floxin for advice, but is in danger wearing out his welcome.
-Tvinza is beginning to think that the Dwarves have ripped him off. He is paying them a lease for mining rights but the ore seams here seem to have been run dry. In reality, the Dwarves just want to take advantage of the Zhentarime supply chain to easily acquire cheeses and grains for brewing and baking. This allows them to vastly cut back on the need for other trade forays above ground.
